Special notes for China visa: applications are lodged in person at the China Visa Application Service Centre — we book your biometric slot as part of the service fee. Rush processing (2–3 days) is available at an added surcharge, subject to centre availability. Requirements can change with little notice, so we always reconfirm your document list one week before your appointment.

It depends on the destination — Malaysia can clear in 3–5 working days, while the USA and Canada can take several weeks due to embassy interview scheduling. We give you a realistic estimate for your specific country at the time of booking, not just the embassy's official minimum.

Every destination has its own list, but most require a valid passport, passport photos, bank statements, employment proof, and a travel itinerary. Check the dedicated document checklist above for China, or ask us for the country-specific list for anywhere else — we'll send it over before you pay anything.

Our service fee is refundable in full if you cancel before we submit your file to the embassy. Once submitted, the embassy's government fee is non-refundable under any circumstances — this is standard across all visa centres, not something we control. Our portion of the service fee remains partially refundable depending on work already completed.

Once your documents are ready, we book your biometric slot at the relevant visa application centre and send you a confirmation with the date, time, and what to bring. Most centres require you to attend in person for fingerprints and a photo — we prepare you for exactly what to expect beforehand.

We accept bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and card payment in-office. The government fee is always collected separately and paid directly at the visa centre or embassy rate, so you can see exactly where every taka goes.

We review the embassy's rejection reason with you in detail and advise honestly on whether reapplication makes sense and what needs to change. Reapplication carries a reduced service fee, since much of the documentation work carries over from the first attempt.
